Once again the Save The Waves Film Festival heads to the West Coast and beyond. The creators of this event always do an amazing job of fusing live music, film, and good times with the important task of raising money for a great surf-focused cause.

The organization itself is devoted to protecting and preserving wave rich areas through a variety of methods. As they explain, “Save The Waves protects coastal ecosystems around the world in partnership with local communities, utilizing a unique combination of protected areas, economics, and direct action.”
