The second annual Irving Fish Festival sponsored by Hook Fish, Yoga Beach, Mollusk Surf Shop, and 3 Fish Studios, is primed once again to go off. With art, food, music, beer, a beach clean-up, nearby film screening, and solid waves forecast for the event, this is one ocean-based block party that truly has it all.
The festival runs from 12:00 to 5:00 PM October 27, 2018 at Irving Street between 46th and 47th Ave. The associated beach clean-up hosted by Surfrider Foundation – SF starts at 10:00 AM at the Irving Street dunes.
Following the festival there will also be a screening and fundraising event for SheChange, Sachi Cunningham’s upcoming documentary about “the fight for gender equity in the sport of big wave surfing.” This benefit will start at 6:00 PM and go to 10:00 PM at The Great Highway Gallery.
